Spandex warping machine
High-performance warping of spandex fibers! Reliable synchronous control is possible with a servo motor.
We offer the "Spandex Warping Machine," which can perform high-performance warping of spandex fibers. You can choose from various winding control methods, including general speed control, set torque control, and actual torque correction control based on speed control. In addition to being able to control tension during startup and sudden stops, using a regenerative power converter allows for energy savings by utilizing the excess power from each motor. 【Features】 ■ Selectable winding control methods ■ Separate drive for each frame (7.5kw × 6 units) ■ The stop brake is a disc brake with pressure adjustment based on the winding diameter (electro-pneumatic proportional valve) ■ Reliable synchronous control using servo motors ■ Option to copy winding data from the first to the second roll ■ Approximately 10% energy savings compared to inverter motors *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
